My story started back in 1996. At this time I was aged 33 and had been suffering with eczema which covered both of my hands for 14 years. I had used all the steroid creams available and constantly wore cotton gloves because my hands were sore sore and itchy.

I was introduced to herbal skincare products which helped to clear my eczema and began my fascination and passion for all things holistic. 

I trained and qualified in 2000 as a Complementary Therapist and set up my own mobile therapy business – Ali’s Holistic Healing Hands. I continued on this path for 20 years.

During the first lockdown of the pandemic in 2020 I became interested in foraging and came full circle on my journey and finally training in herbal medicine.

I am married to a wonderful, supportive husband and we have 2 grown up sons. 

I am blessed to have a healthy life from the support of my holistic wellbeing.

I love been out in nature, hugging trees, camping and taking long walks.
